The Digital Marketing Coordinator's role is to help create, implement, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and business development efforts that drive revenue and achieve results for Hollinden and its clients. Most importantly, the Digital Marketing Coordinator must possess a strong sense of service in helping others, while finding personal reward in working in a high-energy, client-centric environment.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Houston, Texas.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Make website content updates in HubSpot CMS and WordPress.
  • Create and implement digital campaigns using Constant Contact, MyEmma or HubSpot. 
  • Assist with writing, scheduling and posting social media calendars.
  • Manage the firm's and its clients' digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), as well as Websites, SEO, SEM, Mobile, Video, Social Media, and Email.
  • Implement HubSpot campaigns and workflows.
  • Set up and coordinate client marketing meetings.
  • Create analytics reports.
  • Manages the firm's HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub.

Job skills and requirements

  • Four year degree in marketing or digital marketing.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably inbound.
  • Exposure to emarketing system including Constant Contact, MyEmma or HubSpot.
  • Strong Mac skills.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot CMS Pro, a plus.
  • Reliable, honest, energetic, and hard working.
  • Loves multi-tasking with great attention to detail.
  • Equally enjoys both the creative and numbers aspects of marketing.
  • Brings a positive attitude. Works well under pressure. Energetic.
