The Marketing Coordinator's role is to help create, implement, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and business development efforts that drive revenue and achieve results for Hollinden. This person works closely with the firm's founder and is the perfect position for someone early in their career who wants to learn from a leading professional services marketing professional. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and execute compelling, lead generating digital marketing strategies.
Initiate Inbound Marketing campaigns that accelerate awareness, acquisition and engagement.
Manage the firm's digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), as well as the firm's Websites, SEO, SEM, Mobile, Video, Social Media, and Email.
Helps develop and upload online content.
Implements HubSpot campaigns and workflows.
Create reports that are meaningful and actionable.
Manages the firm's HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub.
Job skills and requirements
Thinks conservative, linear thinkers are cool.
Four year degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or similar.
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably inbound.
Reliable, honest, energetic, and hard working.
Understands the concept of Inbound Marketing, or is willing to study up and learn it.
Determined to achieve multiple HubSpot Certifications.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Loves attention to detail.
Equally enjoys both the creative and numbers aspects of marketing.
Enjoys learning the latest and greatest in marketing.
Has a professional presence.
Multi-tasking is your middle name.
